Add arena occurences to the H.O.R.N. Game Feed

Abstract

Arena's that have effects that cause events, such as Busan's Whiteout and Dakar's Wishes, should be added to the Game Feed so we can see when they occur and what results they have.

The Known

Several arenas have blessings bestown upon them by The Ice. Some of these blessings take the form of stat boosts (such as The Waypoint's Layover, or El Rincón Perdido's Nine Lives). Other blessings take the form of effects on the players (such as The Still Strait's Lure, or The Neon Crossing's increased number of events).
The most interesting of these blessings, however, are occurences. These take the form of, for example, The Frozen Dock's Whiteout, or The Sandy Parlor's Wishes. These are often once per game effects that can have dramatic effects. The whiteout removes visibility, making passes and shots miss, or even causing own goals. Wishes can reverse a game result, undoing a goal or a save.
Some of these occurences are independent of arenas. Some matches have the echo modifier, meaning goals can echo, scoring the player an extra point later.
These effects are good for the game of Hockay. They must be, as The Ice allows them to continue.

The Unknown

Though these effects must occur, as Le Council tells us the arenas have these conditions, when they occur and what, in each case, they do, are unknown to H.O.R.N., and therefore, to the viewers.
Though much of the inner workings of Hockay are unknown to us, knowledge of these events would improve H.O.R.N., and therefore, is something Le Council should consider.

The Request

The occurences and results of as many of these effects as possible should be added to H.O.R.N.'s game feed. At minimum, the occurences, as mentioned above, should be pointed out when they occur. This should include arena modifiers, match modifiers, as well as player modifiers if they have occurences. If possible, actions that are the result of of stat boosts or effects (such as a pass that would not have made it without Layover) could be added as a note in the Game Feed as well.
