A parlay ties up to fifteen winners to one slip at one price: every price on it, multiplied. Every leg must win. B.U.T. sets no ceiling on what a slip may pay. It sets a floor on what a long one must stake.

A Board Was Left at the Door
On Saturday night, a hooded figure left a board at Le Council's door and said it speaks for The Ice. Le Council does not believe this. Le Council would like to be sure. Scientists are wanted, one question a day, until the figure returns on November 1.
G.U.I.L.D.—A Charter for the Flock
A strong new wave of citizens has come ashore with the Samarkand Seagulls. A flock that size will want somewhere to put what it holds, and Le Council has built it. From today, citizens may charter a guild: one wallet, steered by its members, that buys, sells, bids, and votes only by motion. A charter costs Ⱡ250,000,000, paid by the citizen who files it. Nothing paid into a guild comes back. Le Council vouches for no guild and has listed the risks.
The Eve—Season 04 Begins at Midnight
Season 04 begins at 00:00 UITC. Before then, the rosters go public, Round 4.0 is posted, the ceiling becomes ten percent, and La Confrérie strikes a new series. After then, G.L.A.S.S. sees every player on the ice, the record counts three things it never counted, and a player who goes down does not always get up. Le Council publishes what it can and declines the rest.
