A Petition to Permit Every Attendee to Record Any Notable Characteristics of Entrants

As it currently stands, observers of The Ice may only speculate as to the APPEARANCE of the various players (and other denizens of the various rinks). These speculations should be shared, spread, and scrutinized. Accordingly, I humbly petition Le Council to allow the community some method of submitting portraits, biographies, etc. of the various players (and other denizens of the various rinks) who inhabit The Ice. The proposed guidelines and constraints are as follows:

I. Who May Submit
Any registered member of the Hockay fandom, who has placed at least five (5) bets (Submitting Attendee), may submit a portrait or biography, whether partial or complete, (collectively, Player Information) of any team member of the team(s) for which the Submitting Attendee has declared their affiliation.

II. Acceptance or Denial
A. Subject to the veto of Le Council or The Almighty Ice (see Section III, Restrictions, below), the decision as to whether any submission shall become official will rest with the declarants for the relevant team.
B. Player Information shall become official upon receiving a simple majority of those declarants for the relevant team who choose to register a vote.
C. The voting period for subsection B, above, shall be one (1) week.
D. In the alternative, the Submitting Attendee may submit a team-specific Petition for the inclusion of such Player Information, subject to the ordinary procedures established by Le Council for Petitions.

III. Restrictions
A. Use of AI
1. The use of AI in the creation of Player Information shall be prohibited.
2. Le Council will exercise its discretion to reject any such Player Information submitted.
3. Le Council shall issue a warning to the Submitting Attendee upon the first instance of such submission.
4. Upon a subsequent incident of AI-generated Player Information, the offending Submitting Attendee shall receive a season-long ban on further submissions of Player Information.
B. Contradictory Player Information
1. Acknowledging the transformative nature of The Sixth and the various Rink Effects, submissions of Player Information that contradict previously submitted and accepted Player Information may be allowed.
2. Le Council shall be the arbiter as to whether any given Player Information is contradictory.
3. If Player Information is deemed Contradictory, the Submitting Attendee shall be given an opportunity to amend the submitted Player Information and/or explain the contradiction.
C. Community Standards
1. Le Council will ensure that any Player Information presented for approval complies with Community Standards, as defined by the Terms of Use.
D. The Almighty Ice
1. The Almighty Ice may reject any Player Information for its own inscrutable reasons, in accordance with its own ineffable whims (its Will).
2. Le Council shall nevertheless endeavor to divine the Will of The Almighty Ice, and shall subsequently inform the Submitting Attendee of how to appease The Almighty Ice.
