Offers would be a straight offer to everyone. You draft the offer, put up your half of the deal, and if someone accepts then the exchange would be made. If you change your mind before the offer is accepted you could withdraw your offer and get your half back.

Example:
You could post to all of Hockay an offer of 10 shares of team x for 10 shavings and anyone could accept. You’d draft the offer, 10 shares of team x are held from your account and when someone accepts the 10 shavings are yours. If you cancel the offer before someone accepts then the 10 shares of team x go back to your account.
