Preamble & Statement of Intent:
Whereas Graine Wetsky Funds (GWF) has systematically leveraged its Series H institutional positioning to convert passive capital into direct voting control across all thirty-one league registers;
And furthermore GWF’s unilateral shift from silent investment to active register voting threatens to centralize governance, distort public civic rolls, and undermine the grass-roots independence of individual clubs;
We, the undersigned citizens and shareholders of Hockay, hereby petition Le Council to formally recognize and grant market/civic authorization for Tinyhandz, under the banner of Hockay Today, to establish a competing institutional entity to challenge GWF’s monopoly.
