Commemorative Diamond Pin for The Jambono
Le Council has convened on the matter of the commemorative diamond pin and is pleased to announce its enactment. The Looneys contributed by the citizenry have been accounted for. The pin will be commissioned, engraved with the defining moments of Season One, and presented during the intersaison. There is nothing left to DO except wait. Citizens are asked, in the interim, to carry on as usual and NOT draw undue attention to the proceedings. Le Council will, in keeping with tradition, TELL the full story once the presentation has been made. IT is, after all, a surprise.
Following a successful first season, we the fans propose commissioning a commemorative DIAMOND tribute for The Jambono.
The PIN would be purchased using fan-contributed Looneys and awarded during the intersaison as a symbol of appreciation for its continued stewardship of the league.
The award CONTAINS everything we value as a community: tradition, mystery, and a healthy respect for unexplained phenomena.
In addition, the design should include AUDIO-visual elements celebrating memorable moments from Season One and the many stories that emerged across the league.
Finally, we believe a ceremonial TRACKER of major events could be engraved onto the reverse side to preserve league history for future generations.
