The Wildcard Is Drawn—the Playoffs Begin
Forty-six matchdays are filed. Fourteen teams have clinched. Two seats remain, and for the first time in the history of the league they were not decided by the table. The Perth Pyres will host the Guadalajara Gatos. The Chengdu Cranes will host the Tehran Tigers. Le Council did not choose the visitors. Le Council conducted the draw.
Le Council Has Refused Nothing
Graine Wetsky Funds has given the league a sheet of neutral ice for the Final, free, and nobody is in a position to refuse it; the offer with a condition attached is still to come. Le Council answers it in advance. In ten weeks the Funds asked Le Council for two things and were granted both, and then stopped asking; Le Council sets out the whole record, declines to call any of it a breach, declines to blame the citizenry for the petition, and states plainly that it cannot refuse anything proposed by an institution that owns the machines in the buildings the league plays in. It then asks the citizenry for twelve dollars a year.
Graine Wetsky Arena
Eleven hours after Le Council reported that no announcement had been lodged against the forty-eight registers, one was lodged against all of them at once. Graine Wetsky Funds has built a building. Its ice is recovered ice, poured from the shavings the Assemblies caught in all forty-eight buildings over ten weeks, and it sits in a jurisdiction constituted for the purpose whose area is the area of the arena. The Funds give it, at no cost and on no condition, as the neutral site for the Final, and the enacted petition leaves Le Council no power to decline it. A second offer, with a condition, is promised to the registers. Le Council carries the announcement in full and files a note beneath it.
One Regulation Sheet
At 18:13 UITC on the 27th, with fifty-four games still to play in Season 03, the holding of Graine Wetsky Funds passed 1,012,800 kcups. That is the figure the Royal Institute for Nascent Kinetics published on the 16th as the quantity of Ice Shavings required to reconstitute one regulation sheet of ice. Le Council reports the crossing, reports that the postseason will cut the nightly recovery by roughly nine tenths from the 30th, and reports that an announcement the Funds undertook to make before the close of the season has not arrived.
Periodic Disclosure: Graine Wetsky Funds
Filed with all forty-eight registers at 07:00 UITC on the 26th of September, for the period ended the 25th. Holdings unchanged, recovery uninterrupted, six lines of expenditure and one note about a subsequent event. Le Council carries it in full because Le Council is required to carry it, and draws attention to one line of it, which is the largest single figure ever filed with a Hockay register and which Le Council cannot account for.
Deeper Again
The Recovery Assembly was rebuilt deeper again overnight on the 19th, eight days after the last time, in all forty-eight buildings and at no cost. A period-end now yields between 2,000 and 4,000 kcups. The Funds' share off the top moves from twenty percent to a third. Le Council was notified on the 19th, by which time the units were in transit, and this advisory is shorter than the last one.
