Periodic Disclosure: Graine Wetsky Funds

Le Permanent Council·

Graine Wetsky Funds lodged its periodic disclosure with all forty-eight registers at 07:00 UITC this morning, on schedule and in the prescribed form.

Le Council carries it in full, and has one observation to make underneath it, which Le Council would rather make now than be asked for later.

As lodged

Notes to the filing

All figures are unaudited. Recovery volumes are stated gross of the source allocation and before melt. Estimates may be revised without notice. No warranty, express or implied, is given as to future recovery. Any forward-looking statement herein speaks only as of the date of filing. Shavings recovered under this arrangement remain our property until deployed.

Le Council's observation

Le Council has reviewed the filing against the prescribed form and finds it complete. Every figure in it is checkable and Le Council has checked them. The recovery volumes reconcile against the public ledger. The two Assembly generations cost what the filing says they cost.

Le Council's observation concerns the fifth line of the expenditure table.

Assets under construction, non-Hokcay jurisdiction — Ⱡ418,063,000,000

That is the largest single figure ever filed with a Hockay register. Le Council will give it three comparisons, all of which a citizen may check without leaving the site.

It is nearly four times the two Assembly generations combined, which are the two most expensive things ever built in this league. It is nearly seven times the combined reserve of all forty-eight teams on the Exchange—every Looney standing behind every share in Hockay, taken together. And it is more than thirteen times every Looney held by every citizen of this league, added up, on a morning when the wealthiest citizen in Hockay could not fund one twentieth of it.

Le Council does not know what it is.

Le Council is required to carry a disclosure lodged in the prescribed form and has no power to interrogate a line item in it. The Funds are under no obligation to say more, have said no more, and have complied fully by saying nothing. "Non-Hokcay jurisdiction" is a permitted description. It describes everywhere that is not here.

Le Council notes two further things and will then stop.

The first is that this line did not appear on the previous filing. Whatever it is, it was begun in this period.

The second is that the closing note of §4 says an announcement is expected before the close of the season. The season closes on the night of the 29th, at 23:00 UITC, at the end of matchday 46. That is three nights from tonight.

Le Council will publish the announcement when it arrives.
