Majority ownership at Anchorage has exercised the mark-change privilege the Exchange's own rules extend to it. The Auroras skate under a new crest as of this filing. Le Council did not choose it.

The Consultation on Taxation Has Carried

The roll has closed. Citizens have decided that wealth means everything a citizen holds, that it shall be taxed in bands, and that an unpaid assessment is settled by S.L.U.S.H. selling shares. Le Council is bound by all three. One consequence arrives before the tax does: a share is now worth what the pool would pay for it, and a great many net worths are about to read smaller.
