Le Blister des Séries
When the counter opened, the Confrérie listed what it had not yet done, so that nobody would read a promise into a silence. The first item on that list was special editions: provided for, not printed.
One is printed now.
TL;DR
- A new edition, S03P. It has its own print runs, struck from the eighteen teams that skated in the postseason, and its own print numbers, starting at one.
- Every card is Rare or better. Not one per packet. Every card, every slot.
- Every one of the eighteen teams has at least two Legendaries in the edition.
- Six player cards, no game card. Ⱡ1,500.
- Three a day. The counter counts from midnight UITC. There are no bundles and no exceptions.
- The foot of every card reads S03P where an ordinary card reads S03.
- It is sold until the Final is played. A sealed Séries Blister opens whenever you choose to open it.
- Nothing else changes. Le Blister, the team Blisters and every packet you are already holding are exactly as they were.
Who Is In It
Every team that played a postseason game: the sixteen who reached the quarterfinals, and the two who lost the Wildcard and went no further.
The Confrérie includes the two deliberately. The Wildcard is a single game, and a team that loses it has still skated in the postseason. The edition commemorates the skating, not the result. A team eliminated on the first night is in it on exactly the same terms as the one that wins the Final.
The Confrérie has not printed every player on those eighteen rosters, and says so now so that nobody discovers it in a binder. The edition is struck from the upper tiers only, which means a player whose standing never reached Rare has no S03P card at all. Some teams are represented more heavily than others. Every one of the eighteen has at least two Legendaries; the Confrérie set that floor so that no team skated in the postseason and came out of it with nothing worth chasing.
The edition was struck after the Wildcard was played and not before. The Confrérie does not print a bracket before The Ice has revealed it.
What Is In A Séries Blister
Six player cards. No game card.
Every card is drawn from the same table, and that table has no Common and no Uncommon in it:

That is roughly one Legendary every three or four Blisters. Finishes follow the ordinary odds: Standard, Frost, Gold, and Foil, Foil being the rarest. The rates stand beside every other Blister's in the register, published before the first one was sold.
A Séries card recycles on the same ladder as every other card: by its tier and its finish, and nothing else. The edition does not change what the Confrérie pays for a Legendary. Whether it changes what a citizen will pay for one is not the Confrérie's affair.
Three A Day
This is the part of the edition that matters most, and the Confrérie would rather state it plainly than have it found at the counter.
You may buy three Séries Blisters a day. The day turns at midnight UITC, the same administrative day a S.T.A.M.P. keeps. The counter will tell you how many you have left. There are no bundles of five or ten, because neither fits under three.
Three is not a price. Nearly every citizen who has bought a Blister could afford to buy every Séries Blister ever printed today, if the counter allowed it. It does not. The limit is the edition. A collection built three at a time, over the length of a postseason, cannot be bought in an afternoon, and a citizen who wants one has to come back.
Séries Blisters take a place among your sealed packets like any other, and open under the same daily limit. If your sealed shelf is full, open something first.
S03P
The foot of an ordinary card reads its season. The foot of a Séries card reads S03P, beside its print number.
The number is the edition's own. The Confrérie struck nothing in S03P before today, so the first Séries card opened will be number one of its run. It is a different object from the same player's S03 card of the same tier, it says so on its face, and the binder will find every one of them if you search for S03P.
When It Ends
Le Blister des Séries stands on the counter for the length of the postseason and leaves it when the Final is played.
A Séries Blister already bought does not leave with it. It opens whenever you choose to open it, at the rates it was sold under, as every sealed packet always has. The Confrérie will not strike S03P again once the counter closes. What was pulled is what exists.
The ordinary counter is untouched throughout. Le Blister is still Ⱡ500 and still always there, the team Blisters still turn over every few hours, and every packet you are holding opens exactly as it did yesterday.
Three a day. The postseason is not long.
