The community filed for an exhibition and the filing reached threshold, which leaves Le Council without procedural grounds to decline. Two games. Two Conférences. No consequence to the table. Here are the two sides, and here is how they were chosen.
Ten Times the Shavings
The Jambono has always produced far more shavings than anyone managed to catch. The Research & Development wing of Graine Wetsky Funds has spent the summer on the catching, and as of this morning a period-end yields between 250 and 700 kcups where it used to yield between 25 and 70. Under the terms of the investment, the Funds draw a share off the top before the remainder reaches the marketplace. Everything beyond that share, Le Council has required them to buy from fans.
On the Founding of the Parishes
Nineteen citizens, twelve days, sixty-six Seals and one Looney more than was asked for. The Founding of the Church of The Almighty Ice has carried, and Le Council has found no procedural grounds to decline it. Forty-eight parishes are constituted, one to each arena.
The Reading Beneath the Waves
The error did not go away. Le Council has stopped calling it an error. The twenty-fourth Givre arena was never on the map because it was never on the land—and the Ice, which does not leave things incomplete, had simply been holding the last one under the water until the wall was built.
The Verglas and the Givre
Le Council is naming the two forms. Le Council is dividing the league. Neither decision belongs to Le Council, which is why Le Council has waited this long to document them. Forty-seven teams, sorted into two Conférences. One of the two is not yet whole.
Graine Wetsky Funds is Buying Shavings
Graine Wetsky Funds has submitted a standing offer to purchase Ice Shavings back from fans, at a price well above what The Jambono's own marketplace charges. Le Council was not asked why. Le Council did not ask.
