Petitioning FatPenguin re: Vladivostok Vodkas

So, in @FlargBlarg’s thread for assisting team ownership, one of the possibilities for me would be the Vodkas (based on the overall cost), but in order to make that happen, either you or @ManLee92 need to be onboard. Regardless of your decision, please let me know.
