P.A.T.I.N. Approves PERMAFROST ASSURANCE. One Matchday, Underwritten.
Le Permanent Council has admitted its third P.A.T.I.N. entry: PERMAFROST ASSURANCE, the only carrier that writes policies on The Sixth. To introduce itself, Permafrost is underwriting a single covered matchday—July 5th—on which every winning bet pays out double. Standings are untouched. Only your winnings.

Le Permanent Council has approved the second entry into the Partnerships, Affiliations, Transactions & Incentives Network: FRETTE, a beverage that should not still be liquid at the temperatures it is served. The Jambono resurfaces the ice between every period. The shavings have always accumulated. Le Council has, with some embarrassment, never accounted for them. That ends today. The unit is the kcup — one Hockay Puck of volume, served in a paper cup by a vendor of uncertain origin.
