O.F.F.R.E.
Le Marché Gelé
Offer shavings, shares or Looneys to all of Hockay and take what you are offered in return. O.F.F.R.E. holds both halves until someone agrees, and returns them if nobody does.

Donations
Bestow shares or Looneys upon a fellow supporter. A gift, never a sale. Le Council levies a modest tribute and records every donation on the public roll.
