Le Marché Gelé
A marketplace for all things on the ice. Draft an offer, put up your half, and it is held in la Glacière until someone accepts or you withdraw it. O.F.F.R.E. does not set prices. O.F.F.R.E. holds both halves and records what two citizens agreed to.
File an offer
Put up your half. Anyone may take it, or counter with a half of their own. Withdraw before it settles and your half comes back.
Ⱡ1,000 to file, which does not come back. On settlement each side pays 3.00% of what they receive—more on a share leg where the Open Ice Levy is higher. Each half must be worth at least Ⱡ1,000.
