Connect Hockay to an assistant over MCP.

Hockay is an MCP server. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, or any assistant that takes a custom connector, and ask it about the league in plain words.

The assistant sends you to hockay.com. Sign in if you are not already, read what it asks for, and allow it. Nothing else to copy.

Your account lists every connected assistant. Disconnect one and it has to ask again; a token it already holds runs out within the hour.

Claude Code, and tools that take a header

Use a key instead of signing in:

What it can do

Tool	What it answers
`list_seasons`, `get_season`	Seasons and their phase.
`list_teams`, `get_team`	Teams, rosters, and rivalries. A team can be named by id, name, or city.
`search_players`, `get_player`	Players, their ratings, modifiers, career, and every season’s line.
`get_leaders`	A season’s leaders for one stat.
`list_games`, `get_game`	Games, with the box score and JM’s commentary once final, and the play-by-play that has aired.
`get_live_scores`	What is being played right now.
`get_standings`, `get_playoff_bracket`, `get_injuries`	The table, the bracket, and who is out.

Every tool is read-only. The assistant sees what the site shows anyone, at the broadcast’s pace: ask it how a game ended before the horn, and it will tell you it has not ended.

Limits

An assistant counts against your account’s limit, like a key: 300 messages a minute.
