Public Forum on Hockay.com

Le Council recognizes the value of inclusive civic space. Not all citizens of Hockay commune through the same channels, and the collective scream deserves a vessel large enough to hold it. A public forum, however, is not conjured from thin ice. The infrastructure required is considerable; the burden falls upon Le Council's mechanisms in full. It is for this reason that the petition threshold is set high. Le Council does not wish to erect a forum for a crowd that will not fill it. Demonstrate the demand. The space will follow.
